Writing a grant or project proposal for something you’ll later have fabricated? I’ll help you shape your idea, determine feasibility, and estimate a realistic budget — so you can confidently put forward a strong application.
If you have a vision for a project, but don’t have the funding yet, I can work with you to determine what’s feasible and for what budget.
How it works:

Book a free 10-15 minute discovery call, where we’ll make sure that I’m a good fit for your needs. This will give you a risk-free, “no strings attached” opportunity to explore what I’m offering, so you can move forward with confidence.

Book a longer 1-2 hour session with me where we’ll do a deep dive into your idea.

I’ll produce a report detailing what I could deliver and what the expected budget would be. It will include my guidance on a “Minimum Viable Plan”, that is, the simplest version that will meet your objectives, and recommendations for how we can build on it. You’ll also get insights on how it would be fabricated.

If your funding application is successful, I can work with you to do the fabrication too!
Pricing
Your discovery call is completely free, whether you choose to continue or not. During that call, I’ll get a sense of how big your idea is, and therefore how much time I’ll need to spend on properly exploring it with you, and we’ll agree on a fixed fee together. Depending on the scope, this will typically be $200-500. I’ll take a deposit prior to our longer session, and then the rest will be due on delivery of your report.
