Momentum Clinic

Whether you’re overwhelmed, doubting yourself, or stuck in decision paralysis, I help you untangle your thoughts, move past blocks, spot patterns, and build momentum.
You’ll get live sessions every month, plus message-based support on most plans, so you can untangle thoughts, build momentum, and keep moving between calls.
There’s no minimum commitment, although I do recommend giving it a go for at least 3 months — clarity, momentum, and meaningful change often take a little time to take hold.
- One-to-one, online sessions
- Choose between once a month, once every two weeks, or once a week
- “Message me anytime” support — an extra 1-2 hours a month of thoughtful back-and-forth between sessions
- Summaries and reflection notes where it makes sense

Clarity through conversation
I’ll help you sort through your swirling thoughts and surface the gems already inside your head.

Sharp questions
I ask the right things at the right time to get to the core of the issue.

Idea distillation & refinement
I reflect your ideas back as something tighter, clearer, more motivating.

Tangible outputs
My clients love the written summaries and reviews that I create for them.

Feeling seen & understood
My clients tell me that they feel seen and understood, because I listen to and empathize with them.

Neurodivergent-friendly
I understand that you don’t need yet another “productivity hack”. You need space, reflection, and scaffolding that fits your brain.
You helped by actively listening, giving me space to work out my thoughts, and asking engaging/thought-provoking questions to get to the root of what I had been feeling.
You made my idea feel way more feasible and manageable than it did in my head.
Stewart asks good questions and that is a skill!
Our session, especially the follow-up review document, really settled my anxiety. It really put things into perspective for me.
You offered me a fresh perspective on my idea that both gave me a way to move forward and the motivation to do so.
It’s like taking the whirlpool of decisions, choices and ideas, and talking it out to someone who can make sense of them and turn them into a plan.
It felt like I was the one coming up with what I wanted to do, not like I was being told what the right thing to do was (which helped me believe in it a little bit more).
Stewart gently lands a chaotic, overwhelmed, overexcited brain into a gentle and exciting plan. He supported me in kindness and genuine curiosity — and as someone who has BIG rejection sensitivity, that enabled me to get the clarity I was desperate for.
You were able to make me realize how much I was focusing on smaller details instead of looking at the larger picture.
I enjoyed the session with you a lot, it was good to explore my past and my skillset and my feelings around everything. You made it easy to do so.

Still have questions?
What kinds of things do people come to you with?
People come to me when they’re stuck — with a project, a decision, or just with themselves.
That might look like:
- feeling pulled in too many directions
- not knowing what they really want
- being in a life or creative transition
- feeling overwhelmed by possibility, fear, or self-doubt
It’s less about what you’re working on, and more about how it feels inside your head.
What actually happens in a session?
We talk!
I ask thoughtful, reflective questions and help you untangle what’s going on beneath the surface.
There’s no pressure to have the “right” thing to say — this is a space to think out loud, feel things through, and notice what’s really there.
Is this therapy?
No — I’m not a therapist, and I won’t diagnose, treat, or dig into trauma in a clinical way.
That said, the conversations we have are often rooted in the emotional sphere, because that’s often where stuckness comes from. If you want space to process your life and find direction, this might be a good fit.
What if I don’t have a clear goal yet?
Most people don’t!
We can work together to figure out what you actually want (not just what you or others think you should want), and what’s standing in the way.
I’m neurodivergent, will that be a problem?
Not at all. It might even help!
You don’t need to show up polished, just present. I’ll meet you where you are.
